2013 Inductees Announced

The Manitoba Agricultural Hall of Fame Inc. today officially announced its inductees for 2013. The individuals judged to have made a significant and lasting contribution to agriculture in Manitoba during their lifetime are:

  • Charles John Froebe of Carman
  • Wilfred Allen (Butch) Harder of Lowe Farm
  • Herbert & Helen Kletke of Teulon
  • John W. Kuhl of Winkler
  • Vernon McNair of Winnipeg
  • 4-H Manitoba Leaders

Harvest Gala

The Manitoba Agricultural Hall of Fame (MAHF) and the Red River Exhibition Association (RREA) will join forces once again to host a fourth harvest gala banquet to recognize all current and past MAHF Inductees and RREA Farm Families of the Year. The event will be held at the Viscount Gort in Winnipeg. Our Guest Speaker is Mr. Kim McConnell, co-founder and former CEO of AdFarm and an inductee of the Canadian Agricultural Hall of Fame.
