Manitoba Agricultural Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony

The Manitoba Agricultural Hall of Fame is pleased to announce that their annual Induction Ceremony to recognize those who have made a significant and lasting contribution to agriculture—provincially, nationally or internationally during their lifetime took place this afternoon at the William Glesby Centre in Portage la Prairie.

Brandon, MB, April 10, 2014 – The Manitoba Agricultural Hall of Fame Inc. today officially announced its inductees for 2014. The individuals judged to have made a significant and lasting contribution to agriculture in Manitoba during their lifetime are:

  • Ron Helwer of Brandon
  • Waldie David Klassen of Steinbach
  • A. Donald (Don) Kroeker of Winnipeg
  • Robert (Bob) McNabb of Minnedosa
  • Willie (Bill) Jacob Siemens of Winkler

Harvest Gala

The Manitoba Agricultural Hall of Fame (MAHF) and the Red River Exhibition Association (RREA) will join forces once again to host a sixth Harvest Gala banquet to recognize all current and past MAHF Inductees and RREA Farm Families of the Year. The event will be held at the Victoria Inn in Winnipeg.
